can a radiologist see moderate cardiomegaly from a chest and abdomen ct scan w(with and w/o contrast)

reason for test:  shortness of breath

The radiologist can provide an estimate of heart size on the basis of chest x-ray, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), echocardiogram and CT scan, especially with multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT).
