This forum is for questions and support regarding tips and techniques to help people begin to take accountability and responsibility for their general well-being and move towards improvement in all areas of their life: work, home, and relationships.
I am only 21 and I have a big problem, I cannot stop lying. It is like I do not accept whom I am, I am ashame of my family and often create story of my life, but it is affecting my study and I very depressed
Based on your description, I recommend that you seek professional assistance from a counselor or a therapist. There is so much support and help available. If you've never had counseling or therapy, it can ease the heavy weight you are currently experiencing and can help you shift out of your depressed state.
