painbreak

Has anyone ever used Painbreak for the pain caused by shingles?  My sister is in her 6th week and is in severe pain.  She has been prescribed Lyrica but it is not helping.  I recently read about painbreak and have ordered a sample.  Anyone here ever used it and did it help?

I use a combination of Cymbalta, one pill a day and 800mgs of gabapentin.  I had long term risdual pain and numbness, it seems to help. I also take vitamins, including B12s, D3.
