Also, I have a raised mole on my shoulder, which tends to itch and if I scratch it, it stings. The mole is soft and sticks out a bit. It is very dark brown in colour. Should I be more concerned with this mole than the one on my foot? The one on my shoulder tends to become irriated frequently, but that may just be from its location (the collars of my shirts sometimes rub against it).
Please don't be concerned about either mole. Moles itch if they are irritated and it sounds like the one on your shoulder does get irritated. The one on your foot hasn't changed and this is good. It does pay to keep an eye on it though and show it to your doctor every 6 months or so.
Take care.
