Strange all over Rash

I am 22 and overweight. A few days ago I noticed a small red scab rash, almost like a spot of 'sunburn' peeling. (But I havent been in the sun for long periods in a while.) It was right under my breast and I figured it might be irritation from my bra. A day later I noticed the same small spot above my lip. Now today I undressed in a long mirror and noticed about 20 of these various sized peeled rash spots from the one above my lip and all the way down, including one on my leg and one on my toe. I am really scared and nervous because I have no health insurance or money to see a doctor, tough times in Florida....any help on what this might be would be much appreciated! Thanks.
