pimples

I've pimples from last 5,6 years.I did many treatments,used different creams,lotions,soaps but useless.I also tried to drink more and more water but result found same.Pimples comes and finish themself but the dots of pimples remains.

It sounds like cystic acne. The spots eventually fade. This type of acne is resistant to just about everything. The more more you grease it, rub it, clean it, the worse it gets. It runs in my family. Two of my children got it. Both were treated with broad-sprectrum antibiotics. It cured one, but not the other. If you have scarring, the solution is dermabrasion.
