Insomnia

hi i have problems with insomnia, i have gone 11 days with only 4 hours unaccounted for, i have tried all sleeping tablets avalible and none have worked and do not make me sleepy in the slightest, i have tried all the to do's like only going in bedroom to sleep and so on but it doesnt work, i was wandering if there is some disease that causes resistance to all tablets, i also have migraines and i have had nearly every tablet out and i tried imigran tablets first and they did nothing but when i tried they injection they worked, im wandering if there is something that is breaking down the tablets before they can reach my brain, many thanks martin
