So it appears that I have sleep apnea as diagnosed by Dr.Google (ha ha). Here is what has been happening, from time to time when I try to fall asleep I get woken up from not being able to breath. I have read that some people have lost weight to help this. Has anyone had success with this? I am about 10lbs over weight. I also noticed it seems to happen when I feel hungry.
Any advice would be great.
