Soreness in hips upon waking
Almost every morning I feel a soreness in my hip (whichever side I was sleeping on) upon waking up.  The soreness usually disappears after I get up, but this morning is remained.  What could be the causes of this?

Maybe you're staying too long in one position??  I think everyone experiences some pain when they stay in one spot for too long.

Or perhaps your mattress is too firm or too soft??

I have the same issue with sore hips when I wake up but I have Fibromyalgia so I assume it's from that.
