Stretching for sleep?
I saw a video on youtube about stretching to improve sleep. I tried it last night and it seemed to work. Do you recommend this, or is it too much activity?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Any active exercises or activities which tend to keep us awake are not recommended prior to sleeping. If it is slow stretching, which will help you to relax and promote sleep, then you can try the same.
