Vaccinations

by Erfdizzle, Oct 06, 2009 12:37PM
Hi, I don't have swine flu, but I suffer from chronic fatigue and major weakness. So if I ever catch swine influenza, my symptoms are going to worsen. So I'm wondering when are the vaccinations going to be available to the public?

The nasal spray form is available now. It is the live but weakened form of the virus. I'm guessing your provider won't recommend you getting that form of vaccination.  The dead virus vaccine will be available in about 2 weeks. It's also recommended that you get your regular seasonal flu shot too and that's available now.
