Hmmmmmm ... 11 days on higher dosing of Synthroid ... spacy feeling and maybe

some fleeting feelings of dizzy and/or anxiety that fleet .. (they come and go as fast as it comes) .. but overall just feel a bit spaced out ?

I'm on 75mcgs . last TSH was 3.9 with 50mcgs with near total supression the goal or at least 0.5-1.0.

Hmmmmm is what I say ?

I thought maybe the magnesium was doing something so I didn't take it this morning .. back to all regular foods and still not feeilng quite right.

BUT .. I FEEL GREAT ... actually feel super great .. maybe just some endorphines kicking in eh ?

Yes send over ALL the laundry .. I actually ENJOY folding the wash after it comes out of the washer and this is not a top of the line unit .. it is a nice one but not the one that does 18pairs of jeans LOL ... beware of those BTW, they come out ALL TWISTED and the time you take to untwist them for the dryer isn't worth its weight in gold!  Towels twist too from what I've heard ???

So YOU TOO on the buzz ..............................try taking your med 1/2 hr earlier or later and see if that buzz happens a 1/2 hr earlier or later when you get it LOL but by now it is probably gone!

It MUST have to do with adj. factors to the body .......... it MUST w/o a doubt .. I got the dizziness for the first 3 AM's when I started on the baby 25mcgs ..it was totally new to my body and I adjusted and my Endo commended me on going with the flow and not letting it scare me off LOL.

   Sunday my 8th day of new dose I felt a bit strange- I too thought it was something i was doing or not doing ( in my case I thought it was my calcium level - so i popped some tums). tyhis strange buzzing spaced out feeling came everyday this week.It's Always around the same time each day between 9:30 & 10 am. I then thought yesterday hey maybe because I am watching sugar and carb intake I'm being too strict? I had half a bagel for breakfast instead of protein bar but it did not help any. It only lasts about 30 minutes or so and I only get one spell per day.

   I'm wondering if it is the adjustment of the med too, I didn't have the same feeling today & not sure why but boy have I felt better this week than i've felt in a year! I hope I never go hypo again!!!  I've lost 5lbs!!!  I've accomplished more in the last few days than I have in the last few months.

  I just hope this good feeling doesn't leave- I'm a bit teary eyed today because of feeling so great & feeling like I missed out on sooooo much the last 2years. Probably because my oldest son has finally shown some passion in his future and he's even filling me in. Gosh- if there's one job I'd never give up that's for sure being a "MOM" !!!!!

Anyhow- just wanted to share I was havgin the same buzzy- spacey feeling. Wishing you well!

Yeah ... it is like a buzz ...... I'm buzzing around and can't turn it off LOL .. but, I think it was coupled with some female hormonal dysfunction, too and that tends to bring anxiety for me (to the point I oftentimes take Ativan 1-2 days a month for anxiety PMS related and it is scripted by my OB/GYN of all people LOL!!!!)   I got my period TWO WEEKS early .... I attribute that to the antibiotics and infections ... that tends to mess things up big time.  I had it a few days, it left .. had the anxiety spacy feelings and BINGO it came back for a day and is gone .................so feeling good coupled with hormones can be a nasty combo believe it or not ROTFLOL really loudly now and feeling good

Glad the washing machine is back in the land of the living.

Your increased energy/anxiety could very well be your thyroid dose.  Enjoy it!!!  I' was feeling like a hummingbird for a while with the TSH at 0.06 but I can tell it's starting to climb now.  :-(  Or maybe it's just the flu someone gave me.  (And I wanted a car - not the flu)

Actually, I mis-counted .. it's been 7 days .. not 11 on the upped dosing.  I usually feel kind of spacy the first day or so on new dosing ... so may just be leveling off as well as enjoying my new feelings of feeling ok :)

yes that is all I've been doing .. WASH WASH WASH !!!!!  It is wonderful to have it back in service and they gave me an extra year warranty for in home service!~!!!
