I started doing pushups daily as much as i can for about 2 month and ever since i've been struggling to breath, i went to the doctor because we thought it was asthma but my puffers didn't help, and he thinks its anxiety but i just know its not, but it kinda got better when i stopped doing push ups and i just started again and its hard and its freakin me out, like am i weak why can't i do pushups and i don't really know what its from, and i've looked all around the internet and no one knows
