redish black discharge and white discharge before and after periods

I am 35 year old ,I have redish black discharge something like spotting in between periods , it starts after 5 /6 days after I have my periods .This is happening from almost last two years.It stops automatically for one or two months and starts afterwords.I am sexually non active.I also have white discharge almost all the time. I have ckd 3 stage . what is the reason behind this
