Plugged ears

I have been on antibiotics steroids etc, and still have plugged up earsEar barotrauma
Ear discharge
Ear emergencies
Ear examination
Ear tube insertion
Ear tube insertion - series. I am now on Claratin D Still won't unplug. How long do I need to take this med. before it works?
