Sebaceous cyst? causing headaches

I've previously had cystic acne but this cyst seems different. It's a cyst deep under the skin of my jawline and intensely painful, kind of a burning pain. I also have a bad one behind my ear (had a HUGE one behind my other ear + mild earache last week). The reason for my concern is that I think the jawline cyst is causing headaches and I have never had that before, could this be a sign of a deeper infection like staph or something? It's hard for me to get to the doctor but I'm going to go tomorrow if the pain persists.
