What are these white spots?

I have noticed for some time that i have small white spots / slightly raised lumps on my upper lip, they were just at the corners at first sort of like milk spots in babies(?) over the past couple of years they have increased in quantity. they dont itch or irritate in any way they are really only noticeable when i smile, i just dont know what they are, does anyone have any ideas?
