I understand that English is probably not your first language and you did quite well, but I'm afraid I really didn't grasp what you are trying to ask us.
You have anxiety and depression, you feel dizzy, you have headaches and your head feels heavy, then something about either not liking to stay home alone or only feeling safe while you're at home and last but not least, you have worms in your anus.
I beleive you've stated that your doctor could not help with your depression so over time you've been to see 3 different doctors who apparently haven't been of much help either. But you say that college is now complete and you feel happy and depression can be overcome. Is your question "what exercise should I do?"
Well, there is no doubt that exercise is good for anxiety and depression and I'd suggest starting off with some brisk walking.
But more importantly, I would urge you to see a doctor about your anal worms first.
