Are these the Symptoms of a BRAIN TUMOR? I am really scared...

I'm a 26 year old Female, with a family history of Cancer. I am really scared considering that in the past two years, my body has shown some very strange symptoms. About 3 monthes after my 24th birthday, I noticed a very small, whitish-grey dot in my left eye.. Maybe a cataract? (I'm too scared to see a doctor) I quickly figured it was some sort of foreign object stuck in my eye and left it at that.. a few monthes after, I started noticing it more and more and then a week before my 25th birthday, I got this headache behind that eye that made me see double vision, like, the left vision was higher than the right vision. And this headache was a KILLER.. I was driving and had to pull the car over and sit till it went away... it hurt so bad, My eyes were watering and I was shaking. Once it passed, I drove STRAIGHT home and told my boyfriend about it. I asked him to look at my eyes and call the clinic down the road.. I was positive I had lived through some sort of Annyurism (can't spell, sorry!), but to my dismay, they told me to go to the emergency room and I don't have insurance or money to cover something that extreme. I felt fine after I calmed down and just figured it was a tension headache or something. Two weeks later it happened again.. only this time it lasted almost 5 minutes... And this time I was just watching T.V.... I panicked but calmed myself down.. if I'm DYING, I don't want to go in fear! This has happened SO Many countless times over the past year and a half, that I have lost count... and they are getting longer and to the point where I can feel it coming on. I would classify this as a migraine, except that it's in the SAME SPOT (behind my left eye, where they began) every time and the symptoms are only getting WORSE. After my 26th birthday (last feb), I began getting dizzy spells. Not the kind where you know they are happening.. like I'm DRUNK (only I'm not) or standing in place and beginning to fall over, and not knowing it UNTIL I'm Already FALLING... And lately, the last month, aside from the Vertigo and the "Migraines", and the "Dot in the eye", I've been getting SEVERE pressure in my head, almost like someone is blowing up a balloon in my brain... it lasts for about 30 seconds to a minute and it's usually when I sit down or lie my head down. This is very frightening to me and I am looking for some answers because I have a 6 1/2 year old Daughter that needs me and I can't afford to get all these "tests" done (they are VERY expensive), but if someone can relate to me and share their symptoms and what not, it might prompt me to search out someone in the medical field a lot easier.. PLEASE HELP!! THANK YOU!!

Yeah i totally agree with mammo, you really need to put your health and your little girl first and money issues second.  I can fully understand that you are scared out of your mind of what this could be but the fact is it is getting worse and not better.  two and half years is a long time to suffer in slience.  Does your insurance cover an opticians examination?  Maybe you could go have a routine eye examine first and see what he/she says, they may be able to tell you straight away what is going on.  Take someone who you trust with you for comfort and support and if you have to take something to help keep you calm so your not panicking.  But the main thing here is that you get seen.  Just take a look at your daughter that should be enough to make you go.
Good-luck and let us know what you decided to do and how it all goes.

Migraines can cause vision problems, and are extremely painful and your anxiety may be making them happen more often.  My vision starts breaking up in one eye and after about 5-10 minutes it's in both eyes, and I have to stay put for about 20 minutes before it starts getting better to where I can start walking or driving. At total of 30 minutes of not being able to see.  It sounds like you are experiencing panic attacks as well.  All of this is fed by your fear of what is wrong.  You need to seek medical help for a proper diagnosis and get the needed help.  Your daughter needs you!  You mentioned a clinic, so see about a complete workup to determine what all is going on. You can't ignore all this, they will work with you on a payment plan or you may be eligible for medical assistance.  The "fear" of not knowing is often  much worse than knowing what is causing all this.  Don't let your life go because of the money, go and get help.  It may be something minor which is causing you so much anxiety that causes other symptoms.  But go find out!  If you have to go to the ER then so be it.  They will work with you on payment, and depending on your situation you may be able to get them to write some of it off and get you on a payment plan.  But money should not enter into this, you need to find out what is wrong at any cost so that you can get your life back and raise your little girl. Please do this, there is always a way.  Take care....

DEFINITE Anxiety going on. As for the Rest, you have to look into temp. insurance ASAP, and see a doctor.

DONT Freak until they tell you there is something to freak about. All of this can be from anxiety, stress, and a whole lot of nothing.
