Hi Hon,
Yes to your question that many of us on this forum get chest pains for no apparent reason. But chest pains are a classic symptom of anxiety/panic attacts and it's more than likely, these pains of yours are related to your anxiety. Knowing that doesn't make them any less "real" or spooky. I highly recommend you get yourself to a good cardiologist and have that ticker looked at. And please be sure to tell them about your anxiety issues while they poke and prod you.
Check out any and all posts here that talk about PVC's. You will learn much and can connect with these folks for some much needed support and reassurance, but you still need to see your doc to rule out any POSSIBLE heart issues.
It is the nasty nature of PVC's AND anxiety/panic to appear out of nowhere for no apparent reason. But there IS a reason for your episodes and it's inside you somewhere, hiding, just waiting for you to dig it out and deal with it. I'm talking therapy here, my friend, and for you, the sooner you get started, the better! So here's the game plan......a good medical check-up and a good therapist. You don't mention in this post if you are on any meds. It might be benificial for you to be on an anti-anxiety med for a FEW WEEKS to get yourself calmed down, but the meds should be a VERY SHORT TERM bridge. Talk to your doc or therapist about this and make sure you question them about any and all side effects. It's time to take back control of your life, Treyo. It may be a long process, but as they say, "a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step."
TAKE IT!
Peace
