Messy House = Chaotic Feeling

Does anyone else find that the messier your house is the more anxious you feel? My house is a wreck right now due to my brother and his 3 year old daughter moving in.

With me yes. I cant get any sleep or stay too long in a messy room. Its horrible after hving friends stay over. Trash and soda cans, empty bags of chips everywhere. Drives me nuts
