how u doin..hopefully better now..have u gone to diffrent docs? when u do never tell them that u have anxiety...they will grasp on that and say its just that..just say how u feel and tell them that u want them to run some test,,,if theres nothing wrong it will be just axiety..but pretty much if u havent gotton worst it its just that..try not to be on the computer... it makes ur eyes tired and achy..i felt that way too..it kinda goes away but when u think about it the more u feel like that..just try ti ignore it..remember that ur not the only one..there are thousands of people felling like u this instant..
Sorry to say but it does sound like anxiety u are suffering from, let me explain....
1) The dry mouth is a classic symptom, when anxious your body's saliva gland shuts off to divert the extra energy needed to ur muscles, heart and lungs.....
2) The heart feeling like it is stopping sounds very much like Palputations, these can feel like jumps in the sequence of ur heart beat so it may feel, like it skipps a beat, this can feel very scary but is another sign of anxiety/stress and will not hurt u.
3) The drunkeness and floating feeling sounds very much like something called Depersonaization..... it's when u feel like ur almost in a dream like state, feel unreal and unsteady... again it's uncomfortable but not dangerous.
4) Tight chest is because of the different way in which u start to breath, when relaxed we breath from the stomach or diaphram, but when we become stressed we breath higher up in the chest which with the diverted blood flow to our lungs causes the tightness. To stop this u need to do breathing exercises.... breath in through ur nose slowly to the count of three and out through ur mouth slowly to the count of four, slow ur breathing down and tell urself ur ok....affirmations.
Stress hormaones can cause all of the symptoms u have described, they feel awlful but will not harm u....... maybe find a therapist or consider a med. Try meditation, healthy eating, exercise...herbal remedies... so much to choose from it's just finding the right one for u.
I get that all of the the time I mean all of the time it's called derealisation I think it basically means that your brain is trying to detach you from your extreme anxiety it realises that it's too much and is trying to seperate your conciousness from the sensations unfortunately if not ironically this can actually make things worse. I'm after being in hospital yet again this weekend for a "heart attck" so re-assurance is probably a little hollow coming from me but I assure you that your fine it's nothing sounds like text book anxiety. Ginseng and and Vitamin B seemed to help with that floating feeling for me I would recommend you do the same. Keep us (me) posted.
THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR ADVISE ...IM GONNA TRY TO GO TO A DOC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND SAY I HAVE BAD ANXIETY I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS THAT I REALLY HAD IT OR ALL THOSE SYMPTOMS CAN BE FROM ANXIETY .....BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM IS I BEEN HAVING THE FLOATING FEELINGS FOR 6 MONTHS ALREADY AND ITS KILLING ME I CANT EVEN GO OUTSIDE WITHOUT FEELING EMBARRASSED PEOPLE LOOKING AT ME LIKE IM DRUNK...BUT IMA GO AND SEE IF RELAXING WILL HELP OR I HEARD LEXAPRO IS GOOD
