Need Help on Side Effects?

I just started Lexapro 10 mg this morning at 6am. I noticed these symptoms
-Diahrea @8am
-Felt like I was having a heart attack , hot flash @ 3pm for about 5 seconds
-Took a Lorazapam.5mg right after that
-Then noticed a lump in my throat along with heart burn
-now extremly tired

Is this common?

-can symtoms come and go all day or be delayed like this

How many days can this be like this?

Could it get worse?

I use to take lexapro, but now on Zoloft, but anyways...  the only thing I didnt like about lexapro is that I was always tired and had problems waking up in the morning  on time for work... I have to get up at 4:30am in the morning and I would sleep right through...  it is a good med... but the one that I like the best is Zoloft...  it causes a little probs on getting up, but not as bad...  I have also taken welbutrin and xanix...  xanix, I only take when a pannick attack is coming on, but it also causes you to sleep...with probs waking up...  everyone is effected differently, but I didnt like the fact of feeling tired and spacey all the time...  after it got in my system...i still had probs with waking up...  zoloft is the one like really like outta all of them...

I am on Lexapro. At times I have been as high as 20mg a day after my mom died.

I felt spaced out, a bit dizzy at times, and tired a lot.

I can tell you when i worry, i get the runs too. if i continue to worry, i get the full on Panic Attack with heart attack symptoms.

It will take a few days to begin to feel some effects. It will take a couple/few weeks to get good effects and results.

Hang in there.

It gave me extremely bad head aches.

It sounds to me more like a panic attack. or real bad indigestion, i do that when i have a real bad reflux.
