Please help

I've been feeling terrible for over a week now.
All day I feel a weird sensation in my head & ears. Noises sound louder then usual, I feel dizzy, nervous, annoyed/angry easily. My vision isn't normal, it's like everything is moving fast. I don't feel like doing anything but lay in bed.
I also have moments where I cry & panic for no reason, I feel scared, like I'm going crazy & going to die, I get cold but I'll sweat at the same time, I shake, I feel like I need to run away.

I was like this in September till the end of October then it went away after Halloween & it came back a week ago.

I have to wait awhile for my appointment.

Also, I take gravol &i have a feeling that has something to do with the way I feel but I don't know how to quit.

Questions:
1. Does this sound like anxiety?
2. Does gravol cause anxiety if you've been taking it for a long time?
3. How can I quit?
4. Any advice?

Where do you buy the gravol? I presume at a pharmacy and if so, you can ask them what its effects are and how to quit because pharmacists have lots of experience with everything they sell.

Hello, haven't been on here in awhile because I haven't been feeling well. I dont even remember the last time I had a full check up but I have an appointment next week.

I'm sorry you're going through this!

I'm not a med. professional, but yes, many of the symptoms you're describing can also be attributed to anxiety.

I don't have any knowledge of Gravol, but if you're concerned I would definitely call your prescribing doctor.  I would strongly consider calling your doctor anyway.  When was the last time you had a full check up?
