Scared and confused

Earlier I was laying against my dog, he has a spot on his lower stomach where there's no fur that grows and I was touching it laughing at him, our family always likes to do that to the dog and I did it then I noticed I tightened my muscles "down there" I don't know why I did that I don't know (and am terrified) if it was my subconscious telling me I was turned on, am i sick??? I was NOT thinking sexually and was NOT turned on and have never touched the dog in a sexual way but I'm freaking out I might be.

When I first read the post I assumed it was from a male. Sorry for getting that one wrong. Females have more sex spots than there are sex spots. One touch and the legs are at twenty to four. autumn....Put this behind you for good, don't give it another thought.  As the wise lydia said...it's just a total coincidence, and as Mr.Green said..we have erogenous zones all over our body and we can become aroused at ANY time for no reason at all.  Plus, it doesn't even sound like what you were experiencing was even arousal necessarily....more like a stimulation that wasn't even sexual in nature.

Of course you aren't somehow a closet beastiality fan, which I know is what you've got yourself worried about.  Let's put it this way...IF you were, you would know without a shadow of a doubt, and this definitely would not have been the first time you noticed that you were attracted to animals.  

Whew....it felt odd just to even type those words!

Let us know if you're still having trouble getting past this...but again...don't give it another thought.  It is just another perfect example of a pesky "intrusive thought"...in other words....our brain's way of making us worry about something so ridiculous, so over the top that it is laughable.   Of course, unfortunately, even the most outrageous of thoughts still leads us to anxiety.

Hiya, yeah as Mrgreen says i really wouldn't get all worked up over it, the things i have gotten twinges over in my life time would shock and confuse the devil himeself... once i was standing at a bus stop and i 'felt' something going on by watching an old, and i mean old, man eating a samwich, now he had no teeth and he wasn't clean at all..... I haven't got a clue as to why this happened and i certainly didn't want him to start gumming me to death....i just put it down to one of those odd things and let it go... bascially as long as u don't act on it i wouldn't give it a 2nd thought.

This is a first for the forum. Hard one to answer. No pun intended. Maybe the caressing just felt good on your hand. Nothing else at all. People have zones in all sorts of places that if they are just barely rubbed they get excited. Maybe yours in your hand. Hey, I can only guess. Not something that has ever happened to me before. I would be barking up the wrong tree if I said it was. Don't worry about it. It would be far worse if you got a boner every time you saw a dog. Just ignore it and move on.
