Vision

anyone have any vision problems associated with anxiety/stress.
how long do symptoms last??

There are several phenomena that relate to anxiety.  As already mentioned, one can get tunnel vision.  Also, there can be the experience of things in your visual field appearing to enlarge/decrease in size.  When very anxious, some individuals have the experience of looking at things from outside their bodies.

Well I would go to your eye doctor, and get your eyes checked again.. it could be something as simple as that..

I do but I havent been wearing them...do you think it could be a seperate issue??

im not on any medication right now...its just my eyes have been blinking and
acting spuratic...like they work on their own...they feel sore.
i am tired ...but its more than that.  the best way to describe it is that they feel strained.
any ideas??

Knowing what type of problems you are talking about would be helpful, but the vision problems I've encountered are more likely caused by medications you may be taking for your condition.
