Yes, your mind is going a mile a minute and your body seems to work on "automatic pilot".....it happens to all of us! CREEPY THOUGH!!!!
I have had anxiety issues for years, sometimes it seems to go away for a period of time and then it seems like I get hit with it really bad!
I like to refer to this as 'spacing out.' In my opinion, it can happen anywhere, especially when we are stressed out. I sometimes will be driving for awhile, and then realize I cannot remember with clarity how I got from point a to point b. Anxiety can often consume our thoughts and take the front seat sometimes...how long have you been stressed and/or dealing with anxiety issues?
