ill tell you my story hope i can relate to someone of u :
in feb i lost my job 2 days after i had what doctor called panic attack ( fainted . cold feet and hands . shivering , my stomach beating so fast so does my heart ) so i went to the doctor he took my temprature normal and blood pressure is also normal
here is the thing after that i turned hypochondriac and i had agrophobia what if it comes agian what shall i do and though of all problems in the world that are in me hiv cancer ......and im getting tested 3rd time for hiv this monday altough doctors said low risk and started to have other symptoms muscle ache in legs  flu like symptoms coughing some mucus in my throat sometimes i feel i cant swallow its closed burning sensation when urinating thank god no fever i went to 10 doctors all said after u lost ur job u got a lot of pressure and that caused this so i did blood test all normal but for lymphocytes they were low 18 its from 20 -40  the doctor said  stress lowers it anyone had similiar experience or can relate to me ?

I would also have to say that this sounds like your suffering from anxiety and or depression. What your symptoms were described as above were very similar to having an anxiety attack. I would talk to your family doctor and explain the problems that you have been experiencing. He will more than likely start you off on a medication that could help. Don't be discouraged if it takes some time to find the right medication for you or time for it to work. Hey, maybe you might not even need medication, just someone to talk too. Good luck, take care.

Assuming your doctors ran tests and gave you a good physical exam I would say that your symptoms are typical of anxiety and/or depression.
I would urge you to find a good psychiatrist who can help you get on the path to finding what is causing these symptoms quickly.
