What's happening to me?

Looking for answers, what could possibly be wrong?
I'm a 40 year old male, good shape, never had medical problems except migranes,  never was in a hospital, not even a broken bone.
In April of 2009, I began to have trouble driving, my hands would go numb and my vision would get blurred, almost like you were going to sleep. This happened
Four or five times since.  In may of this year I was watching a movie, and I became very lightheaded,  felt as if I were going to pass out. I went to the local fire dept and checked my bp which wad high, they took me to the ER.  They done bloodwork, ekg, cs, and chest xrays.  They told me that I was having a anxiety attack, But that I had had a light stroke sometime in the past. They treated fot anxiety and released me.  The very next night same thing, lightheaded, chest hurt, felt like I was going to pass out.  This time had
Little sharp pains in the back of my head. Went to the fire dept once again bp high, took me to a diffrent hospital.  Told them of my troubles just the night before and they rerun all the same test. Once again every thing came back good, except they said that it wad a cyst, not that I had a stroke at anytime. They also treated me for anxiety and released me.
Made doctors appointment they gave me 50 mg zoloft and scheduled a MIR. Had that and results said a cyst, that I had probably had since birth, and that it would not cause problems or cause symptoms.
Still feel the same, doctors changed me to 100 mg daily.
Now I still feel lightheaded from time to time, chest still hurts but not constant and moves from side to side, neck stiff, eyes and ears have a dull ache, shortage of breath and heart rate increases quickly when working or exercising.
I get tired quickly, and stay tired.  Now my arms hurt from the elbow down and the inside of my thighes constantly.  Body aches all over.
I have no doubt this was anxietu at the time, but this is every day. I feel that something is causing this.
What could possibly be wrong?

It's not seizures.  Vision isn't really blurry, it's hard to explain. It's not really a dizzy feeling either.  Almost like when your really tired and sleepy how your body begins to relax, and your vision begins to fade.  But on the same not I can look out the side window and that feeling disappears.

Hi just wondering did they make sure that you weren't having seizures? The blurry vision and the feeling of passing out sounds more medical than anxiety. Keep searching good luck
