Anxiety issues

Hi I am 22 year old student.The problem with me is that I get over excited very easily ie when I get an interview call or good marks.I get so excited that I forget about the consequences.Sometimes I dont even know what I am talking about because of the excitement.I get so excited that I cannot keep myself quiet and I start telling it to everyone even before the good thing  has happened. then I have this serious issue of nervousness which makes me sweaty and I happen to talk very fast.Please help...this over excitement is killing me..as .I tend to screw up my exams,interviews and even Dates.

My name is Daniel. And I go to Mexico almost every year.

It started  one night when I went to the hospital because I was allergic to a medication. Since then all this attacks started happening I dont know why.
