Can't sleep

So I take (0.025mg) Klonopin before going to bed at 9 pm and fall asleep nicely, however I find myself waking up every morning at 2:30 am unable to go back to sleep.  It's fine except during the day I can feel the lack of sleep, dragging through the day, can't have coffee so it's hard.  I even make Celestial Seasoning tea "Sleepytime" but it doesn't help

Would taking Lexapro 10mg and 0.025 Klonopin do the trick?  I had a bad reaction to Trazadone - racing heart, sweating, nightmares, couldn't sleep at all!

I get this too. I take xanax .25mg some nights if I'm feeling anxious before bed but no matter what I wake up around 730 for no reason. I wake up panic for a minute then doze back off for a little while. Very strange.

Well, at least I'm not alone on this one.  I'm supposed to be studying for the CPA exam so maybe that's a sign I should get on it...he..he...just need the motivation cause I always end up browsing the web and spending time on twitter

hey i am having the same issue! i only take klonopin as needed (.5mg) and its usually before i go to sleep cuz thats when my anxiety sets in but i wake up at 3am on the dot everytime, panic for a bit and then fall back asleep! its weird, maybe its the drug wearing off and your body realizing it thus waking you up?
