Ovarian cysts can be very painful - however with everything else going on have they suggested any treatment for you? I would recommend making an appt with your doctor or even a second opinion to see what all is going on.

In the meantime, one thing you can do is start keeping a journal of al of your symptoms. Be as specific as possible about what cycle day you are on, pain level, what the pain feels like, how long it lasts and what you do/take for it, and where the pain is. Also log the constipation, painful intercourse and so on. I hope this helped some and if you have any questions feel free to contact me. Good Luck!

Sweetheart, chronic ovarian cysts can be enough to cause all of the other things.  Don't they have any suggestions for the cysts?
