Left ear hasn't been normal for months

Back in July I found I had an ear infection and a piece of wax rattling around deep in my ear canal. I was also told I had liquid behind the ear drum causing pressure. So I took prednisone and antibiotics. The infection cleared but the pressure never went away. So I decided to see a specialist (ENT) he removed wax from both ears and told me there was no issue. So I left feeling great. But the pressure had returned. I also can't lay on the right side of my body when I sleep because ear wax breaks off and falls further into my ear (this has never happened to me before, and it has never happened to my right ear ever) I went back to the ent and he did more testing and said he was baffled. Just recently I tried lying on my right side and once again a chunk of wax fell deeper into my left ear canal. I can't sleep, my mother and doctor think I'm crazy, and I'm starting to feel helpless because I can't find another person who shares this issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The worst part is the wax that falls in never comes out. But I don't know anyone who needs to get only 1 ear cleaned every 2 weeks. I've tried countless home remedies and it seems to only make the pressure worse. I just wish I could sleep in peace.

Hello~If possible, I would get a second opinion from another ENT. A naturopath I use to see told me that excess wax can be a sign of essential fatty acid deficiency. I would try taking some flax seed oil, put a tablespoon on your food.
