Ok you are right. But shouldn't an HIV person experience some cases like Flu, diahrea or vomiting...
All of these tests (x-rays etc) are irrelevant in terms of determining if you have HIV. You need a test for seroconversion, which generally takes place within six to eight weeks of exposure, if at all..
but based on my cbc's chest xray and gain weight, does it give a hint? im afraid to do the HIV test......im outside the US, the exposure was oral only

You should just have a HIV test to be sure. Depending where you are located, they typically have free clinics throughout the US, where they can do a cheek swab and give you preliminary results almost immediately. Better safe than sorry - know your status and get tested. Best of luck.
