appendicitis, gallbladder, liver??? help

Hello, I'm a 23 yr old, male.  6ft 205lbs.  No previous medical condition.  Two days ago I was involved in an altercation where I received a black eye, and tender head.  Yesterday I started to notice that my right side was hurting really bad, the area of the pain is exactly 9 inches from the center of my belly button to the right.  The size of the area with the pain is about the size of a fist, lol, maybe a little bit larger than that.  It hurts really bad when I press on it, it's really tender.  Yesterday and also today there has been time's when I thought I was going to vomit, but never actually did.  My appetite isn't to grand but I have eaten.  I also been belching alot.  Does this sound like an organ problem, gallbladder, apendix, liver, or more likely sore from maybe the altercation and a punch to the right side?

I also had pain in my right side area, after an 'altercation'. (I'm a woman, by the way)  After about a month of ignoring the pain, it eventually got hard to take a deep breath in, because of the pain.  I went to the ER, where they thought to take my gallbladder out and did, but as it turns out, I had a hematoma (blod-clot, bruise) on my liver the size of a brick that they had to remove/clean up!  That is what caused me the pain and my galbladder being removed!  And, yes, it was from the altercation.  I suggest you get checked out ASAP.  You just never know...Good luck!
God bless~

I was wondering what it felt like and what exactly your symptoms were when you had your appendix out, where was the pain, what did it feel like, tender to touch, all symptoms you had.How intense was the pain? Thank you so much!!

Do you remember getting punched in your right side? That could either be your appendix or your liver. I would go get some tests done, this could be serious. I had my appendix out before it ruptured, but if you wait until it ruptues, you could die. Take this seriously. Go get checked out.
