Carotid stenosis

I am listed for carotid surgery to remove a blockage of 80-99%. While waiting I am trying to remove it by non-invasive dietary means using vitamins and supplements of which I have tried many over the last 2 years since diagnosis. I am currently trying serrapeptase and would like to find someone who has had experience with same. My experience so far is encouraging because after 3 weeks on serrapeptase I have come off 2 of 3 layers of prescribed medications and blood pressure is still managed well. All that is good news, but I still have the pulsatile tinnitus bruit on the blockage side. Has anyone been down this track and/or is anyone going my way and would like to respond?
