brain tumor help please

ok im a young teen and i so worried i have a brain tumor. i have been getting daily headaches for about 2 months. the headaches are not that bad. i would give it a 6 out of 10 if they are really bad. my other symptoms include: blurry vision (sometimes. usually in the left eye), muscle twitches (usually in my legs. it happens to my head too.), and i have ringing in the ears a couple times  a week. what is really worrying me is that I've just been experiencing head pressure located in the back of my head. it is painful but doesn't stop me from doing anything. it can get bad though. does thus sound like a brain tumor to you? i am so worried i just want to be healthy. could it be something else i have rather than a brain tumor? i really appreciate you helping me.

being a teen, headaches, blurry vision, muscle twitches., ringing in ears... it could be stress. being a teen, you might have worries about school, sports, relationships, family issues, etc. the only way to be sure is to get an appointment with your doctor and have him refer you to a neurologist. get an mri done to see what might be going on. one way you could tell it could be a brain tumor is if you experience syncope, or fainting spells. but check with your doctor first. good luck!
