I don't know what to do ...

I was a healthy man, I am 30, no know health issues. No 2nd. partner, married since long time.

Last year I was (unable to) diagnosed with same problem because all tests came up clean. While I was waiting my Urology appointment it disappeared by itself.

Right know what I have is burning or the old "irritated" feeling on the tip of my penis and the urethra (same feeling as STD test' stick). No swelling, no redness, no discharge, it started with tingling feeling (almost 1.5 months ago) on the top of my bladder like spasms. Then since 4 days I have burning feeling right after urinating. I wake up with no symptoms, I am burning after first pee then I can sleep with pain killers. Also little discomfort on bladder.

I gave urine test, STD test, prostate test all clean.. The doc at ER told me that it could be "irritated" he referred to me a "specialist" and asked my to wait ...

Last night I tried tea tree oil in bath but seems like did not helped me a lot.
Now I am all confused with all these, am I going to be healthy again?

I am back, Bacitracin make me feel good for only 3 days. (I used for 3 days, than stopped) I think the problem is little more deep inside.

What I discovered different is the color of the pre-ejaculatory fluid.
It comes white first than turning to its normal colorless state. Also while that white fluid makes its way out of the urethra I can feel that it is passing through. The feeling like burning but it is moving.

I have no more bladder problems for now, no frequent urinating no pressure nothing. Also when I wake up in the morning as I said I am problem free, it starts with first pee.

What is your opinions on this?

Thanks for help

2 days has been passed AND I FEEL GREAT!! Bacitracin helped me a lot, i have no more burning, no more pain on penis (which was bothering me terribly) The only thing left there is the little pressure. Hopefully this will disappear by the time as well.

Thanks for the great tip! Bacitracin is over-the-counter cream, I applied 3 times a day, hope no one will suffer from this terrible pain anymore, without knowing what to do.

I purchased Bacitracin today over the counter. I applied twice, will continue to use and keep it updated. Seems like -FOR NOW- pain is kinda one but burning at deeper urethra is still there. Always same uncomfortable feeling.

As far as I saw there is many individuals suffering from same symptoms, hopefully my case will be an example for the ones who suffer as I do.  We will see that in coming days.

Hi,
Bacitracin ointment can be applied to the urethral opening/meatus and it has been seen to improve the healing of any infection. In case, the symptoms persist, you can always go to your physician again and maybe a repeat test is required to rule out the presence of the infection. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

Thanks for the answer, I will try Bacitracin tomorrow, I have no more pulsation-tingling feeling on bladder since 2 days but more than burning I feel pain at the tip of my penis (it looks completely normal, no abnormalities like color or swelling) and in my urethra also frequent urinating but not often as before, sometimes 2-3 times consecutive sometimes very normal.

BTW could I apply Bacitracin even to the urethral opening?

Also for the UTI doc at ER refused to put me on Antibiotics because urine test was negative.

Hello,
Since the prostate and urine tests have come out clean, so it rules out prostate pathologies and UTI. It can be due to balanoposthitis or irritation due to friction rub with clothes. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
