Pain during and after urination

I'm a 17 year old Caucasian male with a bit of a problem. Today, I came home and went to the restroom to urinate. I did so, stopped, and I assumed that I was 'empty'. Then there a sharp stinging pain on the tip of the penis (Pain scale of 1-10: 6), which occasionally happens to me when I stop urinating even though there's still some urine left. Usually, continuing to try to urinate gets rid of the extra urine and the pain passes immediately. This time, however, the pain only intensified (Pain scale of 1-10: 8) and only a few drops of a clear urine with clumps of some white tinted matter came out. I stopped trying to urinate and the pain gradually went away over the course of about five minutes, leaving a dull burning pain at the tip instead (Pain scale of 1-10: 4) , which flares up at seemingly random intervals. I've tried twice more to urinate, and while a stream of clear urine comes out each time, it ceases after only a second and the pain intensifies again. It's currently a weak, burning sensation, that's slowly fading away but flaring up occasionally (Pain scale of 1-10: 1). So what is it? Or what could it be? On the off-chance that trying to urinate again would be a bad thing, I'm not going to the restroom again until I have an idea of what this is.

Medical information:

Currently taking Adderall XR and a once-a-day vitamin. No prior surgeries. No STD's. No history of problems with urination. Diagnosed with Neurocardiogenic Syncope a year ago, self-diagnosed with hypermobility nine years ago.

Thanks for the info, you guys. I continued to have pain for the rest of the day, but after I went to sleep, it vanished and I'm urinating normally now. I'll be visiting the doctor soon for a check-up on my neurocardiogenic syncope (which, instead of slowly disappearing as it should have, is continuing to occur at the same levels as when I was diagnosed >.<), and I suppose I'll mention the pain then. Also, Bhupinder Kaur, only a few of those causes seemed likely (unless something has changed during my last visit to the doctor), and it's the high blood pressure and poor circulation. My neurocardiogenic syncope makes my blood pressure drop like a stone whenever I stand after sitting too long, then rocket too high. But I wasn't having one of those episodes anytime within at least twenty minutes of going to the restroom. But I'm no doctor, so I'm not sure if that's relevant. The other reason I thought might have been possible was the depression thing. I don't think I'm depressed, but one never really knows oneself as much as he/she might think, so I suppose I'll be looking into that possibility. I would have pm-ed you this information, but it seems that's impossible, so I'm unsure as to whether or not you'll read this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you seem to be having is called premature ejaculation. Common causes causing such symptoms are stress and anxiety, poor communication with your partner, unrealistic sexual expectations, negative feelings about non performance smoking, alcohol and sometimes illicit drugs and medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone, depression, testicular, spinal and neurological causes. The treatment of premature ejaculation is having a psychological session with the couple, stop-start or squeeze-pause techniques, desensitizing creams and SRRI(selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) in severe cases. My sincere advice is to consult a urologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
