urinary infection or something else

my uretha burns mildly when i urinate,i drink alot of crystal lite,diet mountain dew soda,coffee and beer!!!when i do i notice it burns more if i drink straight water it gets better,3 weeks ago i received 1-2 min oral sex i was scarred and my docter treated me with testing,with doxycycline hyclate 100 mgs twice a day for a week and one day dose of something started with a A he said i had a really low risk and this would take care of anything just to be safe,now for two weeks stress i found myself drinking mostly soda,beer,and coffee very little water and my uretha started to hurt than my bladder felt swollen,i started to drink 1 gallon of pure water a day and the burning went away but i still feel a little fullness in my bladder,also note that i take alot of creatine supplement also,do you think i have anything to be worried about

It could be interstitial cystitis or just a sensitive bladder. A urologist will
be able to help you determine which, however truthfully if your symptoms
improve by drinking pure water then you have your treatment!

IC is not cureable and doctors work to control symptoms including through diet.

i should note that the water did help with the burning while urinating but my ureatha and bladder still feels like it burns and hurts most of the time,i noticed before the oral and drinking water usally helped i think stress might have caused it too,ps i just finished my antibiolics last week
