3 small bumps on Labia Majora
I recently noticed I have three white bumps in a row on the right side of my labia majora, it feels like a ridge to touch. There is no fluid or anything to squeeze out and I'm not experiencing discharge. More recently I've had a constant throbbing pain coming from the same side. I have an appointment for the doctor next week but I'm slightly terrified, M last smear test was a two years ago and I'm in a long term relationship.

It can be due to folliculitis or cyst. You should keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.
