STD or just pad rash? Should I approach a doctor?

Hi, I'm a 17 year old who had intercourse for the first time on 28th April. We were careful and used a condom but both performed oral sex on each other. I got home and didn't have any symptoms at all, and went to a music festival the day after. On the 30th of April, I had a sore throat and swollen glands, and asked my partner if he had been sick, but he claims he didn't (He didn't cough or anything when I was with him). It's the 12th of May and I had my period this week since the 8th of May, and found I had a rash that itches at my genital area ( I used pads and I'm hoping its just a pad rash which I've never had before). My labia majora and minor itches as well as the frenulum of my labia minora and posterior labial commissure, and my discharge was yeasty smelling and unusual. The skin around my vagina is sort of scaly, but I also have a rash towards my butt which is like tiny red bumps. I'm scared its an STD like syphillis or gonorrhea.

I should add that he was a frequent smoker, and I gave him a blowjob which was my first. He didn't taste too bad? Just salty, and I don't know what's an unusual male discharge so I can't really say. Also, I couldn't identify any rash/bumps unusual about his penis but we were in the dark so I could have just missed it.
