HI HONEY!!! How are you? I have missed you? I feel like I haven't seen or talked to you in forever...
I read your post below. Are you ok? I have heard such horrible, dreadful stories about quitting Benzo's c/t, and you have just proven all of them. I am hoping that you are ok now. Do you have a taper plan or does your dr. have one for you to follow. I know you can do it. I just know it.
