Arthritis killing me but not going to take meds.

Good Morning to all !!! Today will be day 3 without pills !! I have Rhumitoid Arthritis and woke up this morning with TERRIBLE shoulder pains. This is the confusing part of it. I really need a pain pill this morning and cant take one. Its confusing me and messing with my head. Anyone know of something else I can take for my RA when the pain starts. Its really affecting me this morning but besides that I am mentally WONDERFUL !! I just need some sort of relief !! OUCH OUCH OUCH

I am afraid this will happen to me. I also suffer from arthritis and a spinal injury. I am only on day 2 without meds. I am going to have to try Alleve or something when the pain sets in. Good for you on your 3rd day. Did you have much sickenss on day 2 with the withdrawl?
