Help RE: adderol and klonapin

I have a friend who has been 6 months sober and is currently taking adderol, wellbutrin and klonapin. Lately she has become very disoriented, disorganized, frazzled, confused and just plain out of it. What are the signs of abuse/addiction for these drugs or this combination. In the last three days I don't even know who she is (don't think she does either). She can't even walk down the street two blocks without getting lost. I've also noticed that her eyes are dilated, she often is complaining of how dry her mouth is and slurs her speech. She swears up and down that she is only taking one of each per day and as prescribed by her doctor. Any thoughts? Thx in advance

If she is telling the truth , she needs to call her doctor immediatley. I am not familiar with the adderol and welbutrin but the klonapin is a very strong addictive benzo. It really sounds as if she is abusing these and needs help right away.
