Hydro w/d ?'s

Hi, I've been reading. I'm on day 9 no pills (vics, norco) & 16 days ago I had a hysterectumy. Do get this right? My big issue is the feeling tired/ no energy. I think I'm reading by day 14 will that be gone or I will at least notice a hugh difference? Also at nite my legs twitch & sumtimes the tummy pains. But I'm taken clondine & nuerotin. By big worry is this energy thing. I teach p.e. & school starts @ the end of August. Am I gonna have energy to work? Oh yea I've been taken Tylonol Pm sumtimes to help sleep or pain. I just thought about it yesterday, is that bad?
Can sumone talk to me plz. I'm starting to panic

By most standards you are past the worst of it if you haven't had a pill in 16 days.  Good for you!  I was sluggish and mentally exhausted much longer.  But I followed the advice of everyone here to excercise even if I didn't feel like.  That energy comes from somewhere once you get started.  Read the article on PAWS on the health pages to the right of this site.  It explains what could possibly be lurking around the corner and how to combat it.  Best of luck to you.
