codeine tylenol #3 hydrocodone dependence

I have been taking hydrocodone about 1 and 1/2  years or more daily.

I have rite side pain stabbing and im wondering if it could be my liver ive been reading here about acetaminophen and too much can be bad.

Im concerned and think i should stop now. i didnt hear on the news about the change.

Does anyone know i take about 4 every day and now i wonder if that could be harmful to my body

Youir liver should be just fine taking four every day. About the worst it could be with 4 of anything would be 4000mg of acetaminophen - and it may not be that depending upon what form of hydro you are taking. Your liver is just under your ribcage at low right hand side....not good for it to be hurting .... but most likely not acetaminophen related. Did you consume alcohol with them? That would make a difference.
