cold turkey off 300 mg  morphine sulfate been on for 2 years... most symtoms (symptoms) gone after 7-10 days except leg shaking aaaaaa

300 mgs is a fairly high dose///do-able and congrats on ur clean time!

The RLS/shaking legs is part of the dopamine depletion cos u took ur outside away..the twitching associated with Parkinsaons disease is due to dopamine depletion..urs will pass when ur brain catches on the fact that it needs to produce more dopamine//endorphins..a parkinsons patient does not heal..this will pass..the body sensed u were feeding it from an outside source so it reduced its production//the body is a finely balanced organism//but ur twitching and jerking will pass

Peeps use compression to help...support hose or ace wraps///2 pairs of tight hose etc as hose gives more compression when doubled//massage also helps///activity like exercise daily helps the most...a hot bath//muscle relaxers and have heard drugs like neurontin and lyrica also help/ice to the hot spots can also help///20 minutes of ice..then 20 minutes of heat..I did not have it/100 mg hydro habit///struggled to the gym daily tho even in wd...300 mgs of morphine is a bit more of a wd tho I would think/mg for mg hydro and morphine r close in strength ///method of use also plays a part..u r doing wonderfully to get this far! Dont turn back now...tonic water also helps..there is an article about iron and rls//the supps that may hep..also an RLS drug over the counter (otc) at Walmart...called Hylands Restless legs...main thing to remember is it will pass
