naltrexone implant side effects

Hi This is the first time i have spoken about my husbands drug addiction to heroin
He has been on and off heroin and suboxone for the past 6 years he has just recently
got a 12 month naltrexone implant which is what he wanted.
We are four weeks in and he has no energy for work, he is depressed, does not eat much,
carnt sleep much and has diarrhea bad.
I have tried everything to help him i buy him vitamins to help with enery, he is on antidepressants
and i dont put and anypressure on him. it's hard cause we have a child with CP

Hello, and welcome!!!!!!!!!  The only thing you can do for your husband now is just try to support him, like you are already doing.   What kind of vitamins have you gotten for him?   B12 is great for energy and Valerian root is great for sleep.  Valerian Root is natures valium.  As for you, you have come to the right place, we are all here for you. Just keep posting your feelings and let us know how you and your husband are doing.  You and your husband are in my thoughts and prayers
