nose runs

i have been using cocaine on and off for years, and my nose is getting quite damaged. i was wondering if it would heal. i never got a nosebleed, not once, but im sure there is a huge hole in my nose and it runs constantly. it seems to heal a little bit, but i use before it fully does. i finally think i may not use again and want some hope for healing. . .

holes will not heal but the skin around the cartalidge will hope this helps, see a doctor for surgery other wise use saline spray to keep the nose moist
